YOGA AND TEACHING

For over 20 years, Nora has been teaching dance and yoga cllasses to people of all ages. She is recognized as a dedicated and caring instructor whose priority is to support her students in having expressive and healthy bodies in every stage of life. Nora’s classes use Iyengar elements of alignment mixed with conscious use of Vinyasa flow sequencing, a focus on core strength and a healthy dose of playfulness to meet students where they are at. Nora's students range from toddlers to middle aged. She designs privates for the individual or group. Some of her most popular classes are Basic Yoga Flow, Advanced Vinyasa, Post Natal Yoga with Baby, Adventure Yoga Classes for Kids and Yoga for 60+.

One-on-One Private Yoga

I love working with individuals one-on-one. I tailor the class to your needs and specific body and goals. My basic class structure is pranayama, yoga flow, core work, final relaxation with adjustments.

Toddler/Young Kid Adventure Dance

This class uses nature, imagination, yoga principles, music and dance elements to get young students moving and grooving.
